You will need your ReflexMD® invoice to submit a claim. If you are unable to locate your invoice in your email, please message help@reflexmd.com to request a new invoice. When it comes to filing, your FSA administrator will usually have a specific way they want to receive claims. Some FSA administrators let you submit claims online, while others offer a form to complete.
